Restaurants, coffee shops, and the Liberty Square are all within walking distance. It is a quieter alternative to staying downtown, but you are still just 22 minutes from Arrowhead.

Fan Festival and Match Schedule
The FIFA Fan Festival runs June 11 through July 11 at the WWI Memorial, about 23 minutes from your Liberty duplex. Kansas City also hosts 6 matches at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kansas City's official FIFA Fan Festival, held on the south lawn of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. Free to attend. Big screens for every match, live music, and fan activities running 18+ days.

What Is Liberty Like?
Small-town feel, 20 minutes from Kansas City proper. Good food, friendly people, and a lot less hectic than staying downtown. More info at Visit Kansas City.
Historic Downtown
Walk to shops, galleries, and the Liberty Square from your front door. It's a real downtown with local restaurants and a Saturday farmers market.
Local Dining
BBQ is the obvious move, but Liberty also has solid Mexican food, a few good breweries, and a coffee shop on the square.
Easy Stadium Access
22 minutes to Arrowhead via I-35. You skip the downtown congestion entirely and come home to a quiet street after the match.

Both Spring Avenue properties are near the Liberty ConnectKC26 stop, with Region Direct service to the FIFA Fan Festival and 15 regional destinations across the metro. No car needed to reach downtown KC, the Fan Festival, or regional attractions during the tournament (June 11 – July 13, 2026).
